Our Waterside Reserve project is officially complete — and it’s a true showcase of intentional design, open living, and client-driven customization. This modern farmhouse-style home offers over 2,200 square feet of beautifully finished main-level living, with standout features like vaulted ceilings, a chef-inspired kitchen, and an expansive owner’s suite with a spa-like bathroom and oversized walk-in closet. We worked closely with our clients to modify the original plan — transforming what was once an unfinished space into a fully finished basement, complete with LVP flooring, egress windows, and flexible living space that could serve as a home gym, movie room, guest suite, or even a bowling alley (yes, we joked about that — the space is that big).
